Here we go let’s get baking, or should I say “no baking” with Bug. Yes it was time to make another video, in our house when Bug decides to make a video everybody is happy. That’s because they all know when she is done they get to eat the goodies she made. So, of course they are all fantastic little helpers and get whatever she needs. Oh it is good to be Bug during a video shoot.
The recipe today is “No Bake Cookies” there are a lot of variations of this recipe, this is the one we have always used. We make this around the Holidays every year but thought it would be good to get this video up before the holidays start. So, Dad was super excited because he gets to enjoy his favorite cookies in August, and then again in November. What a lucky Man.

1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed Milk (not evaporated milk)

1/2 cup peanut butter (chunky or creamy your preference)
1: Line baking sheets with waxed paper. In medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter; stir in cocoa. Bring mixture to a boil,
2: Remove from heat; and immediately add remaining ingredients. Do this quickly so that the oats can cook in the hot chocolate.
3: Drop by teaspoonfuls on to prepared baking sheets; chill for about 2 hours or until set. Store loosely covered in refrigerator, if you can keep them that long.
