I had started a beautiful knitted baby blanket, it was going so well. Then I ran out of yarn and had to hunt for the same kind, which I know I am supposed to make sure I have enough.   But, that was not the worst of it, I made a rookie mistake and I forgot to mark where I left off in my pattern and started wrong and ended up working it backwards.  So I had to do the unthinkable and take it apart. I was so upset, but now I have lots of “Tea Leaf” color yarn hahaha.  The fix will be that my Mom and I  are going to work the pattern together via Skype, so I am excited about that.

This is just one of those hard, hard lessons in paying attention when you are knitting.

I hate when that happens. I have had to do that more than once
